Linguistic and cultural attitudes to social and religious approaches to the phenomenon of sexual assault causing this phenomenon as a real criminal with specific constituent elements is not in Iran's legal system. Criminal titles after the domain of blaming, with a separate title, enter into a legal area and with a special view, appear in the judicial process. The rape of this process is a farreaching process and, at the very first step, it is blamed on the challenges that these challenges face in the legislative sphere. The lexical force of the Persian language is high in the sense of being part of the rape, the low level and the values supported by this phenomenon. The fundamental reason for this is gender conflict. Gender conflict in this paper is a general conception of socialconflict approaches. Due to various gender-based attitudes, the legal process of rape in Iran's legal system has not been established and has resulted in violent sexual behaviors and sexual orientation.

We reported a young male with knife assault to his chest. He was transferred to the hospital without manipulating the knife. He was completely conscious and had sinus tachycardia and regular breathing. Emergency thoracotomy was performed and the knife was removed. No organ was damaged. This case presentation showed that in this kind of trauma, it is mandatory not to manipulate the penetrating foreign body during the transfer to the hospital.

Introduction: The present study was conducted to determine the epidemiological characteristics of rape victims and rapists. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 68 examined cases of sexual violence in Shiraz Legal Medicine Organization during 2013-2014. Victims were referred from the judicial authority or deputy. The file information of referred cases was extracted without a name and a unique code for each file. Results: All cases in this study were female victims. The mean age of the victims was 21. 39 ±,6. 11 years. The majority of cases were single (94%). Of all cases in the study, 63. 2% and 30. 9% had middle and low socioeconomic status, respectively. Someone's home was the most frequent place of rape (54. 4%). In 58. 8% of cases, victims and assailants knew each other. There was a single perpetrator (59. 7%) most of the time, but in 19. 4% and 11. 8%, respectively, there were two and three perpetrators concurrent. In 76. 5% of cases, victims mentioned that they were under verbal threats, 8. 8% were under gun threats, and 28% were under knife threats. Completed rape happened in most of the victims (98. 5%). Conclusion: The results of this study emphasized the priority of sexual assaults prevention and increasing public awareness of these violations as a legitimate public health issue.

Background: Fabricated (fictitious, forged or invented) wounds are usually superficial injuries mostly produced by a person on his own body (self-inflicted) or occasionally, caused by another person acting in agreement with him (self-suffered). assault means a physical attack by another person.Case Report: We received two cases, within a short period, from different police stations, with multiple incised wounds over different regions of the body. Characteristically one of the cases was brought with all fresh wounds and another with all healed linear scar marks. Both these cases were presented as assault wounds in the hospital. As the history of both cases was misleading and the investigating authority was suspecting fabricated wounds, medical opinion regarding the manner of injuries was sought.Conclusion: Present case report deals with importance of proper history taking, pattern of injuries, examination and use of simple techniques like photography and hand lens to rule out assault wounds.

Sexual assault is a global concern affecting individuals of all ages, races, and socioeconomic statuses, with significant adverse impacts on physical, mental, economic, and social well-being. This paper advocates for policy change to support survivors of sexual assault by examining articles that provide a comprehensive overview of sexual assault as a pattern of intimate partner violence in the United States. The review explores vulnerable populations, gaslighting tactics, rape myths, and how disbelief reduces survivor reporting and increases trauma, including PTSD. Although gender-neutral language is used throughout, the focus is on women's perspectives due to the high rates of violence committed by men against women. A multi-disciplinary approach incorporating medical, mental health, law enforcement support, and advocacy is recommended to lessen secondary victimization and empower survivors in resolving their cases within the criminal justice system
